Bus 3rd is a parody app for entertainment only. Every timing, route, stop, seat and notification is fictional and intentionally wrong. Please do not use it to catch a real bus. It's provided as-is, we're not liable if you miss your bus while giggling, and these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
These Terms & Conditions are an agreement between you and Deployku Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore ("we", "us", "our"), covering your use of the Bus 3rd app and this website (together, the "Service"). By installing, opening, or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay — just don't use it (and you'll still miss the bus, but for unrelated reasons).
Bus 3rd is a comedy / parody app made purely for entertainment. All bus arrival times, routes,
stops, "live" maps, seat availability, and notifications are completely fictional and
intentionally inaccurate. The bus that arrives in 2 min (lies) is lying.
That's the joke.
Do not rely on the Service for real travel, timing, navigation, or any decision that matters. If you need to actually catch a bus, please use your transit operator's official app. We mean this sincerely, even though we mean almost nothing else sincerely.
Bus 3rd is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any real transit operator, bus company, or government agency. Any resemblance to real routes, numbers, or that one driver who closed the door on you is coincidental and affectionate.

The Bus 3rd name, logo, artwork, jokes, copy, and code belong to Deployku Pte Ltd. You get a personal, limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for laughs. You don't get to copy it, rebrand it, or sell it as your own. Memes and screenshots for a giggle: very welcome.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", with all faults and without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't promise it'll be accurate (it definitely won't), uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose — least of all catching a bus. Use it for fun and nothing else.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deployku Pte Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service — including missed buses, missed trains, missed flights, missed dates, emotional damage from negative-minute countdowns, or the existential weight of the "Give Up" button.
If, despite everything above, we're somehow found liable, our total liability to you will not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100) — which is roughly the price of a lot of tissue packets.
We may add gags, remove gags, or update the Service and these terms at any time. When we update the terms we'll change the date and version at the top of this page. If you keep using Bus 3rd after that, you're agreeing to the new version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. (Buses not included as evidence.)
